Equivalency Degrees from the International Research Foundation of Law and Criminology (IRFLC)

The International Research Foundation of Law and Criminology (IRFLC) offers Equivalency Degrees for individuals who have extensive professional experience, research contributions, or achievements in the fields of law, criminology, human rights, or related disciplines but may not have completed formal academic programs.

These equivalency degrees are awarded to recognize the expertise, skills, and impact of individuals who have demonstrated significant contributions to their fields. They are designed for professionals, scholars, practitioners, and activists who have made a measurable difference in their respective areas.

Available Equivalency Degrees:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Equivalent)

  • Master’s Degree (Equivalent)

  • Doctorate Degree (Equivalent)

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must demonstrate significant achievements, substantial professional experience, or noteworthy contributions to their field of expertise. The equivalency degree is designed for individuals who may not have a traditional academic background but have proven expertise through their work, leadership, or research.

Application & Evaluation Fee:

A non-refundable evaluation fee of:

  • USD $500 for Bachelor’s Degree equivalency

  • USD $800 for Master’s Degree equivalency

  • USD $1200 for Doctorate Degree equivalency

This fee covers the processing, credential verification, and review by our academic committee, and the issuance of the official equivalency certificate for successful applicants.

  • Detailed personal statement (up to 500 words) outlining their professional achievements, contributions, and impact on their field

  • Supporting documents (such as publications, awards, or project summaries)

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and selected candidates will receive their equivalency degrees digitally and/or in print.
