Honorary Doctorate from the International Research Foundation of Law and Criminology (IRFLC)

The International Research Foundation of Law and Criminology (IRFLC) proudly offers Honorary Doctorate Degrees (Ph.D. Honoris Causa) to distinguished individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the fields of law, criminology, human rights, justice reform, or related areas.

This prestigious recognition is designed for professionals, scholars, policymakers, activists, and thought leaders whose work has had a significant impact on society—regardless of whether they have followed a traditional academic path.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must demonstrate outstanding achievements, a strong commitment to justice and legal innovation, or a proven record of leadership and service in the legal and criminological domains.

Application & Evaluation Fee:

A non-refundable fee of USD $1200 is required to cover the evaluation and processing of each application. This includes credential verification, review by our honorary committee, and issuance of the official certificate for successful applicants.

Interested candidates should send their CV, a brief personal statement (up to 500 words) outlining their contributions and impact, and any supporting documents to:
